2nd fan I have bought , picture amazing quality . just need help with making the most from 2 d pictures which Im sure will happen , very good build and quality
The photos don't do justice the just how cool this is! Easy to set up, run and it's so quiet - online reviews of similar devices indicate that the fans are really loud - not so with the Lumina Display. Working my way through the 3D Animation process at present, but regular videos play well on this device as well. I can't wait for next month when I get to debut this baby!

Our Lumina fan just came this week, and I finally had a chance to get it hooked up to test it. The image clarity is fantastic, and it has no sound as the blades are turning. The only trouble I seem to be having is with the connection disconnecting and reconnecting quite a few times. The image was also upside down, but there's a setting in the app to fix this. Neither are a deal breaker though for how great the quality is!

Delivered broken. order L00A200166. Communicated with Lumina three times (2x by chat, 1 email per the instructions I received in the chat) so far, haven't received any updates indicating that my replacement is on the way.

The customer service in terms of getting the new fan shipped and delivered was very good and upon arrival of the fan, everything worked and calling the phone number at Lumina to ask some set up questions was easy and they were responsive and helpful.
Fan Looks and works great and the app is simple to operate. Only problem was that the clear cover arrived with a crack, but Lumina agreed to send us a new for free! great company to work with!

Came bent out of the box
An Acrylic case is a 100% must if your hologram fan is in hands' reach. I learned the hard way by carelessly sticking my finger in the fan while it was spinning within the first minute of owning it.
If you are not mounting your hologram fan to a fix surface (ie wall, ceiling) a stand is necessary to display your videos portably at standing eye level.
Very good quality hologram fan. From the research i've done this is one of the top companies for this size fan. the app works well, easy to upload vids and have some options to design text with a few motion backgrounds on the fly.
It does it's job of protecting the fan from any physical altercations. I would recommend this to anyone who owns a holographic fan.
I saw an add on facebook for this 3D fan by Lumina and I took a chance on it. So far just about every customer for my event company has wanted to rent it out with their logo on it for their events. We will definitely be buying another one soon!

Amazing 3D effects. The ability to show diagrams, and explain our product in a new and refreshing way is awesome for us to use to show potential customers. It is also a great conversation starter on the show floor. One thing I will say is that it takes a bit to setup sometimes but overral we love it.
