HOW DO I UPLOAD VIDEOS AND PHOTOS?

• There are two ways to upload content:

1. Download our app: LUMINA Holographic Fan from the app store, connect to your fan through Wi-Fi and upload videos and photos directly from your camera roll. (Recommended)

2. Take out the SD card from the fan and copy files directly onto it from your computer, and re-insert it back into the fan.

HOW DO I MANAGE THE CONTENT I UPLOAD?

• Connect to your fan on Wi-Fi using your phone and open our app. Then navigate to "File Management." From this screen you will be able to rename and delete files that you have uploaded. Files uploaded play in alphabetical order, so keep that in mind if you want to have your files play in a specific order.

WHAT KIND OF CONTENT AND FILES TYPES CAN I UPLOAD?

• You can upload any video or images you would like. Supported file formats: MP4, MOV, AVI, GIF, JPEG, PNG.

HOW DO I MAKE MY OWN 3D ANIMATIONS?

• You can make your own 3D animations using just about any 3D software. Some popular ones are: Blender (it's free), Cinema 4D, Maya, Adobe After Effects, etc. Just set the background of your animation to black and it will appear transparent on the holographic fan. Black color does not show up or display on the holographic fan, hence how the 3D holographic effect is achieved.

CAN I USE IT OUTSIDE?

• Yes, however our fans are not waterproof, so keep that in mind. If you intend to install it outdoors, we would recommend putting it inside an enclosure.

HOW NOISY / LOUD IS IT?

• All of our holographic fans output a sound level around 60-62Db. This is equivalent to about regular conversation level between two people, so it is not very loud. We would describe it as you can still hear it running, but you can easily have a conversation standing next to it. Additionally, if there is any ambient sound in the room it is installed in, you will not even hear it at all (like conferences, trade shows, retail stores, etc.).

ARE THE BLADES AND MOTOR REPLACEABLE?

• Yes, both the led fan blades and motor are individually replaceable. This means if one part needs to be replaced you can just replace the part and not have to buy a whole new unit.
